Going Down To Tamaki College

Excitingly my class and the class next door (Mr Summerville’s Class) we went to Tamaki college with a joy. It was an awesome opportunity for us two class to go down there, not every point englander got to go there.I really appreciated that.

After we arrived there we went in a big hall I guess, we got into our groups and greeted our leaders. Our leaders were three year 12 girls and their names were Lily, Maggie and Jacklon.
They were very kind and respectful also they were very good at explaining us how to play the game.

As we went outside we saw some obstacle equipments that were already put out for us to do activities and obstacles. Anyways we went outside and started started our first game it was called Octopus, the second game that we played was everyone’s in, this is how you play it “everyone’s in and you you have to tag the other student before they tag you. IT WAS VERY JOYFULL, also very exhausting so all of us went for a drink.

On the last obstacle we had to cooperate with a partner, the best part about it was that we won. The game didn’t have any but we called it blind folded. There was an obstacle and one partner has to be blindfolded, go through the Obstacle, the other partner would tell him what to do, where to step and where to go finally we came first also we will be getting prizes. A while later we had a dougie battle, the two winners were Starford and Jephte also they will be getting prizes as well.

It was very appreciative to give us this opportunity to go down there and have a joyful day.
I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!After that we came back to school with a goodbye also it was one of the best day ever.

Cinderella

There was this interesting book that I read today and caught my attention also it the first time I read it. The book’s was called Cinderella. It was about a girl, sadly when her mother died her father married a new one. They treated the girl very badly and awful, her stepmother and her two stepsisters were ugly and black just like their heart was. She had a mouse, two rats and her fairy godmother.

One day there was a party, at the king’s palace and it was the birthday of the prince and Cinderella really wanted to go but the stepmother and two stepsisters wouldn’t let her go and told he to do the dishes. After they left she was crying and her fairy god mother heard it then she said, “oh beautiful girl, why are you crying” Cinderella replied and told her all about it. At one wish the fairy godmother turned the mouse into a horse rider, the two rats into horses and a mumkin into a horse riding cottage. Then the fairy godmother said to her all of the things will turn back into what they were at exactly mid one o’clock.


She then happily went to the party, the prince said what a beautiful lady. But when it was 12 o’clock at midnight all the things turned back into normal and she ran straight back to her house but she left one of her shoe that was made out of diamond and the one that fits the shoe will be my princess. To find her the prince searched everywhere that he nearly gave up, then finally he went to Cinderella’s house her stepsisters tried to put it on but their feet were too big. Then Cinderella said, “may I try it please? The prince “said yes you may”. It matched her feet so they married and lived happily ever after.

The Last Day Of Camp, We Saw The Warriors.

At Point England school all the year seven went to camp including the the year eights too. On the last day of camp we went to Swimmarama, the lagoon at Panmure which is the Panmure pools. After arriving there we excitedly got into our togs and went in the, also it was a perfect sunny, bright day.

Guess what happened when we went in the the pool? It was the best thing ever, it was the best thing ever happened, WE SAW THE VODAFONE WARRIOR! We all were going like crazy, we were saying warriors warriors at them and they were appreciated as well. Some people were taking picture of then a man came up with a camera to put us on 3 NEWS.

A while later we played some games in the water and came back at three o,clock and went home because it was the last day. It was solid day for me and I hope you have a nice day as well.

A Bout Gorillas

Hi today the 8th of March, I rad a book and it was all about gorilla and also called Gorillas. First I am going to tell you about how they take care of their family. So let’s roll.

A baby gorilla can be born at any time but when it’s born it’s mostly born at night time and would be covered in blood and their mothers would clean them up nicely. The first thing the baby would do is drink it’s mother’s milk and fall asleep, also gorillas only have one gorilla son or daughter they can’t have two. They take very good care of their family. The best guess was that they grow twice as fastest people was because of how their mothers take good care of them.

Sometimes male gorillas comes to kill the little ones but the others keep them safe, so the female gorillas have a hard time surviving in the jungle. They live in nests but bigger, different and stronger ones than birds. They eat ,drink water and fruits especially bananas because they are relative to chimpanzee and monkeys and some other kind of creatures.

There are many unique things about gorillas and one of them is that they look like human beings, mostly everything is like human beings. In fact scientist things that chimpanzees, gorillas and monkeys transformed into people centuries of years ago.That’s the best unique things about
them.

There are many cool and exiting to discover about gorillas but hope you enjoyed reading mines!

The story behind the lyrics of my favourite song

The name of my song is “the worlds greatest”, it was written by a man called Robert Sylvester Kelly, the story of behind the lyrics of my song goes as a boxer thinks of self the greatest, he thinks that he is a mountain, a tall tree, a river down in the valley, the swift wind sweeping the country, a vision that can see clearly. If anybody ask him who he is he would say that he is a star up in that sky, he is that mountain keep up high, he made it, he is the worlds greatest. He think of himself as a giant, an eagle, a lion down in the jungle. that’s all he thinks of himself as a boxer that he is the greatest. A Trip To The Panmure Pool

In the holidays my family, my cousins and I we all went to, one of my best pools in New Zealand, and it’s called the Panmure pools, “the lagoon”. After arriving at the pools I saw Samuela then got into my togs and excitedly jumped in the swimming pool. We played a lot of fun and great games in the pool.

A while later we all went outside to the long, fun, wiggly water slide it’s my best thing to do at any pools. It was the best enjoyable day of my life. Also we went in the big pool outside.
As the weather was getting worse the pool was getting colder so we had to get inside.

At 3:35 we had to go home because we had to go home because we had a birthday party at my uncle’s house. Then we packed up all our togs and our clothes then got changed and went home to go to the birthday party.
